Water Leak Detection

A low cost water detection sensor can save tens of thousands of dollars in water damage. Early detection is key and with our setup you know the instant there is a problem. Sleep knowing all is well.

True Story of My Dad's Water Leak

Last year, I received a water leak detection alert on my phone from a sensor I had placed near the water heater at my dad’s house in Washington State. My sister happened to be visiting him at the time, so I called her and asked if she could walk out to the workshop and tell me what she saw.
The workshop, which had been added onto the house, is just a short walk away. With me still on the phone, she headed over, opened the door, and yelled, “Oh shit! There’s water everywhere!”
The inexpensive Wi-Fi leak detection sensor I had installed near the water heater did its job perfectly, it notified me immediately. Thanks to that early alert, they were able to shut off the water and prevent further damage.
Every home has a water heater, and as they age, the likelihood of a leak increases. Often, these heaters are tucked away in remote corners of the house, making it easy for a problem to go unnoticed until it’s too late.
Our solution has proven its value. Contact us today to learn how we can help you sleep soundly, knowing your home is protected.

Laundry Room Leak

know there's a problem as soon as there is one

The Plot Thickens…

Just when you thought the hot water heater was the lone saboteur, the laundry room steps in with its own brand of chaos. Leaky hoses, overflowing washers, and sneaky drips behind the dryer, these aren't just minor nuisances. They're silent threats to your floors, walls, and peace of mind.

The Good News?

Leaks may not be totally preventable, but early detection is key. Smart water sensors placed near appliances can alert you the moment moisture is detected. That means no more discovering damage days, or dollars too late.

Laundry Room Leak Defense Tips:

• Install a water sensor behind the washer and near utility sinks.
• Use steel-braided hoses instead of rubber ones, they’re tougher and longer-lasting.
• Make sure your washer is level to prevent excess vibration and hose strain.
• Check connections monthly. It takes two minutes and could save thousands.
